apkmirror , 集合了很多版本，可以找到旧版本。
uptodown , 没什么特点，但可替代apkpure.

AppShare，主攻历史版本收集、多渠道版本收集（比如商店送审版本、Play版本、官网版本、修改版等等）、各版本差异对比和分享（比如哪个版本的XP模块失效了啥的）。
缺点是下载积分制（但是日常签到的积分也基本上够用），以及有一部分审查机制（去年下架了好多知名的海外软件，毕竟国内有审核需求）

我目前是这么用的：
如果要在谷歌商店上搜软件，就配合 playsearch.kaki87.net 用，可以按评分排序什么的
开源软件用 F-droid（看了其他人的推荐，我觉得可以换成 Droidify，可以静默安装） 和 Izzyondroid，部分开源软件只在其中一个平台上发布
国产的都基本在官网下载，尽量避免第三方的危险
我平时下的软件，以上三个方法基本就能覆盖全部了，如果还找不到的基本就是在谷歌上被下架了的软件，我就在 APKPure、Androeed、Uptodown、APKMirror 这些上面找，这些平台似乎有的还会收录破解软件，但是这些我基本都没用过。
APKPure 的 APP 总是会在后台运行，看的不舒服，所以基本用的网页端

歧义得厉害了。这里只是说F-droid客户端是基于Aptoide客户端开发的。但这里讨论的是应用商店，这两个应用商店的内容完全没有相关性。

静默安装可以尝试F-Droid Basic。
